Dee Massey, a Principal Partner of DKN enterprises, LLC and is an Indiana State, Vanderburgh County, licensed construction General Contractor.  She offers experience in residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and municipal development and consultant projects.  Ms. Massey is a LEED^® Accredited Professional in design build and construction and is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and has served as a board member for the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC-Indiana).  The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System encourages and accelerates global adoption of sustainable green building and development practices though the creation and implementation of universally understood and accepted tools and performance criteria.

Kim Meadors, a Principal Partner of DKN enterprises, LLC serves as the firms public relations, marketing and communications specialist offering DKN expertise in marketing/business management, construction safety & compliance, and human resource management.  Ms. Meadors previously served as CEO of Wesselman Nature Society in Evansville, IN where she coordinated and provided oversight for the initiation and completion of multiple sustainable building projects, LEED^® certification team projects, participated in sustainability education programming, and served as the co-founder and an advisory board member for the Southwest Indiana Regional Sustainability Alliance.
